Because we provide deals and reservations from a number of different travel partners, it is imperative that you use the contact information on your reservation confirmation.

Throughout our site, we provide links to various travel partners (some of which are “co-branded” with our name, others are not) and each of these partners maintains their own phone numbers and email contact for reservations and changes.

The contact information and confirmation number is emailed to you when you book online, or given to you when you book via the phone.

If you booked online and never received a confirmation email, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Contact your credit card company, noting the time and date of the charge, and they can provide you the telephone number of our travel partner arranging your reservations.

If you never received a confirmation of any kind or are having problems getting satisfaction from one of our travel partners, please do not hesitate to contact us at the information listed below.

Special Note: While we will do everything we can to help with an unresolved issue, you must contact the travel partner/company that your reservation is with first. They have the record of your reservation and the confirmation number given to you. We do not have that information on file.

If you for some reason can’t get an issue resolved, we are happy to then step in. We pride ourselves in working with only top-notch travel providers. Problems are extremely rare, and we want to help get them resolved when they occur.
