Grand Canyon Skywalk
 Imagine being able to stand on glass and looking 4,000 feet straight down in to the Grand Canyon. This opportunity is now available at the Grand Canyon Skywalk. Located at Grand Canyon West on the western rim of the Grand Canyon, a destination owned by the Hualapai Tribe, the Grand Canyon Skywalk opened in December 2006. The Glass Bridge is constructed 4,000 feet above the Colorado River and extends 70 feet over the edge of the Grand Canyon. The bridge passed engineering requirements by 400 percent and is able to sustain winds in excess of 100mph from 8 different directions.
Other attractions available at Grand Canyon West include The Hualapai Market, The Indian Village with authentic dwellings, and The Hualapai Ranch, a western town with horseback and wagon rides.
Summer hours at Grand Canyon West are 7 A.M.-7:00 P.M. Skywalk hours during the summer are 8:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M. Native American Performances take place between 9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.
Winter hours of operation are 8 am to 4:30pm, as the daylight extends we will expand our hours.
