Wazuzu
 Open for lunch and dinner, Wazuzu is now open at Encore,the new signature resort in the Wynn collection. Rising star and Asian cuisine expert, Executive Chef Jet Tila offers a menu featuring various cuisines of Asia in the modern, vibrant Asian bistro. Chef Tila has combined his innovative flair with the cuisines of China, Korea, Japan, Vietnam and Thailand to create Wazuzu's menu. Sushi chef Masaru Matsuura offers both traditional and innovative sushi, as well as a daily tank-to-table special. Tila's dim sum, served all day, features a selection of small dishes such as sticky rice in lotus leaf, shumai and pork belly buns.
Entrees include Galbi beef short ribs with Korean soy and sesame and a Chinese BBQ plate with red roast pork and roast duck served with soy and plum sauce. For those craving noodles or rice, Tila serves Wazuzu fried rice with roasted duck and pineapple and Pad Thai Kon Kaen, pho bo beef pho in aromatic duck broth with rice noodles. Dessert choices include mango cheesecake with fresh mango and passion fruit caulis and Thai iced-tea ice cream.
