Le Village Buffet

Five provinces of France are brought to life at Le Village Buffet through culinary expertise and visual attention to detail. Featuring live-action stations, the freshest ingredients and food cooked to order in a remarkable village re-creation, it is a departure from the traditional Las Vegas-style buffet. Chefs prepare meals indigenous to the five provinces featured as cooking stations. To ensure the quality and freshness of each selection, meals are prepared as they are ordered. Featured regions are Burgundy, Normandy, Brittany, Le Jardin and Bretagne.

Hours: Breakfast: 7:00am to 11:00am, Daily. Champagne Brunch: 11:00am to 3:30pm, Saturday & Sunday. Lunch: 11:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Dinner: 3:30pm to 10:00pm, Daily.
