Signature dishes include the popular Vitello di Parma, Veal Scallopini topped with prosciutto, eggplant, tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, Antipasto Misto, the chef’s selections from the antipasto bar, and Salmon Ventuno with fresh salmon medallions and jumbo shrimp with sautéed leeks, mushrooms, roasted peppers, tomatoes, brandy and a touch of cream tossed with fettuccini.
For a more casual dining experience, Ventuno Café is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night snacks. The menu offers a variety of antipasto salads, wood-fired gourmet pizzas, light pasta dishes and freshly prepared Italian pastries. Ventuno Café adjoins the promenade overlooking the Flamingo’s beautiful tropical gardens.
Breakfast and lunch served from 6:00am daily. Dinner is served daily from 5:00pm-11:00pm. Reservations
