The Wine Cellar
The Wine Cellar at the Rio holds one of the most impressive public wine collections in the United States. In addition to showcasing some 50,000 bottles, The Wine Cellar also, offers a terrific food and wine-pairing menu, featuring flavorful spreads to international cheeses, served with a basket of freshly baked breads. Guests can also try chocolate tasting.
Open Sunday through Thursday 3:00pm to 11:00pm and Friday to Saturday 3:00pm to 12:00am.
