pork varieties served on fresh, hand-made corn tortillas, accompanied
by spicy, creamy slaw. Other entrees include Quesadillas with Shrimp
and Mango and Cabrito Barbacoa with Black Beans, featuring spit-roasted
barbecued young goat with Clay Pot Black Beans.
