Strip House

Renowned restaurateurs Peter, Penny and Mathew Glazier have created an innovative steakhouse with Strip House inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.  Redefining the traditional steakhouse, Strip House's innovative menu, overseen by executive chef John Schenk, includes prime cuts of beef charred to perfection accompanied by side dishes of black truffle creamed spinach, creamed corn with pancetta, and goose fat potatoes. The decadent 24 Layer Chocolate Cake makes a perfect dessert.
