Buy well in advance, but remember: some tickets are not released more than three months ahead. Keep checking back. For reserved seat shows (most Las Vegas shows), the earlier you buy, the better the seats.

Society Cafe

Executive Chef Kim Canteenwalla's cuisine is showcased at Society Café Encore inside the new signature resort in the Wynn collection. Partnering with hospitality impresarios Oliver Wharton, Elizabeth Blau and Sean Christie, Society Cafe offers re-imagined classic American cuisine in a casual, fun and dynamic atmosphere. Society Cafe is open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night bites.

Guests will enjoy hearty breakfast dishes including the ultimate steak and egg sliders with beef tenderloin, the “XL” sticky bun with warm caramel and crisp walnuts and the scrambled eggs and creamed spinach on a bacon-cheddar muffin. Inventive dishes prepared on the griddle include Frosted Flake French toast with caramelized bananas and chocolate cream and pumpkin waffles with Vermont maple syrup, roasted pecans and pumpkin butter.

For lunch, don't miss the lobster club with baby arugula, pancetta and potato chips; filet mignon sliders with caramelized onions, horseradish cream and French fries, charred rare yellowfin tuna sliders with wasabi, shiso and cucumber salad; or grilled Kurobuta ham and Gruyere cheese sandwich served with frisee salad and a poached egg.

Dinner specialties include barbecued-braised pork short ribs with sweet potato fries, Brussels sprouts and hazelnut; roast black cod with bacon and chive hash; or a "Simply Grilled" entree like the New York strip or Colorado lamb chops.

Society Cafe also offers a variety of desserts including the peanut butter and jelly bar with crunchy peanuts, chocolate mousse and concord grape jelly; brulee cheesecake with caramelized vanilla custard, cookie crust and strawberry compote; and the warm donut “bites” with chocolate, caramel and raspberry dipping sauces.

The Society Bar is now open at Society Cafe offering an intimate setting for guests to enjoy a specialty cocktail at any hour. Some of the specialty drinks include Pineapple Mojito with Appleton Estate, VX Rum, Fresh Pineapple, Spearmint and Fresh Lime; the Ragin' Cajun Mary with Absolute Peppar, Bayou Seasoning and Spiced Tiger Shrimp; and the Watermelon Mojito with Cruzan Light, Watermelon Liqueur, Fresh Lime and Mint.
