Simon boasts an impressive menu of bio-dynamic organic wine, a greenhouse wall for the chef�s herbs and micro-greens and the country’s largest selection of small bottle sake. Simon at Palms Place features an earth friendly, California modern design which employs sustainable materials such as slate, stone and bamboo.
Signature dishes include Braised Short Ribs, Ahi Tuna with Wasabi Mashed Potatoes and Cotton Candy Dessert.
