Wolfgang Puck's Riva has reopened amidst the luxurious pools of The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino. Reminiscent of a small oasis, Riva is exclusive to hotel guests and pen for breakfast and lunch. The diverse menu offers Wolfgang's trademark items such as the Postrio lobster club sandwich and house-smoked salmon pizza with caviar. Breakfast offerings include pecan waffles, house made granola and fresh fruit smoothies made with yogurt. An array of fresh house-made juices from the juice bar are a new offering this season. A convenient take-out window is available for guests on the go allowing diners to take Wolfgang Puck's culinary creations back to their suites. Items include the tuna salad on nine-grain toast served with tomato, alfalfa sprouts and romaine lettuce and the roasted chicken pizza served with ricotta cheese, basil pesto and sun-dried tomatoes.
Open for breakfast daily from 8:00am - 11:00am and for lunch from 11:30am-4:00pm.
