Hard To Get Las Vegas Shows and Show Ticket Tips:
Buy well in advance, but remember: some tickets are not released more than
three months ahead. Keep checking back. For reserved seat shows (most Las Vegas shows),
the earlier you buy, the better the seats.

Rao's
Serving the same fantastic food as Rao's in New York, Rao's at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas provides a truly magical dining experience. Using fresh, high-quality ingredients such as freshly grated Pecorino-Romano and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheeses, homemade roasted red peppers, Felipo Berio olive oil, and certified San Marzano plum tomatoes from Italy, Executive Chef Carla Pellegrino creates magnificent home-cooked Italian meals.
The time-honored dishes on Rao's menu include perfectly risottos, pastas and the mouthwatering steak bistecca; cooked perfectly and sliced tableside. There is also the incomparable Rao’s Lemon Chicken, broiled to perfection and sauced with Uncle Vincent’s Famous Lemon Sauce that consists of lemon juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil and spices. The classic veal chop is pan seared and topped off with a medley of cherry peppers hot and sweet and the meatballs are excellent either alone or accompanied by one of the many pasta dishes.
