Chef Jean-Marie Josselin brings a taste of Hawaii and Euro-pacific cuisine to Caesars Palace with 808. His signature cuisine, spotlights elements of Thai, Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, and French fine dining. The 808 menu offers a variety of seafood appetizers and main courses. The dessert offers tropical fruits, ice cream and delicious sweets.
