Okada

Winner of a AAA Four Diamand Award in 2008, Okada invites you to leave the glitz of the Las Vegas Strip behind for the tranquility of the land of the rising sun. Okada provides guests with a serene setting surrounded by lush gardens, coursing waterfalls and a koi-filled lagoon.

Devin Hashimoto has been appointed the new executive chef of Okada and since arriving, Hashimoto has personalized the menu, drawing upon his Japanese heritage and classical French training to create modern twists on traditional Japanese dishes.

The new menu items are inspired by the Japanese comfort dishes Hashimoto's mother would serve the family, such as Tonkatsu, deep fried, panko-crusted pork loin and Okkonomiyaki, a savory Japanese pancake with shrimp, scallops, cuttlefish and cabbage.  His inventive flair is reflected in dishes such as Okada Oscar, certified Angus filet of beef with tempura King crab, wasabi-shiso Béarnaise and shiitake mushroom sauce, and sushi specialties including Toro Tasting Plate and Golden Ostera Caviar Sushi.
