Located in the Fantasy Tower at The Palms Casino Resort, Nove Italiano brings Italian dining in to the 21st century while retaining the authentic elements of Italian culture and cuisine. The kitchen team prepares classic Italian fare with contemporary accents, including an extensive selection of seafood crudos (Italy’s answer to sashimi or ceviche, cured with sea salt, citrus or infused oils), tableside Caesar salad, bistecca fiorentina, freshly-made pastas, fresh shellfish and fish. The house specialty, Spaghetti Nove, a seafood pasta, is prepared at a prominent station in the dining room.
