Acclaimed chef Michael Mina of Aqua San Francisco and Aqua at Bellagio
has unveiled his newest creation, NOBHILL. The restaurant designed and
conceptualized Tony Chi opened at MGM Grand in late July.
"The main idea behind NOBHILL was to create a restaurant that
would reflect the type of dining opportunities found throughout San
Francisco in one comfortable, neighborhood-style location," said
Mina. "At least 80 percent of the product comes from growers and
producers located the Bay Area."
In addition to organic produce and poultry, select farm-raised meat
and fresh seafood, NOBHILL also offers several authentic, classic dishes
made famous by other San Francisco chefs or restaurants. Signature dishes include Lobster Pot Pie and North Beach Cioppino which pay tribute to the City by the Bay.
Reservations are highly recommended.
