Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro, at The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, offers guests a new dining experience, merging a classic steakhouse with other unique culinary aspects, inclding a cheese and charcuterie bar and an iced seafood bar. More than 30 artisinal and farmhouse cheeses from around the world are featured along with handmade meats and salamis and are complemented by more than 60 wines-by-the-glass and 400 varieties of California and French wines-by-the-bottle.
Steak varieties include both dry- and wet-aged and Japanese A-5 Wagyu. A trio of crème brulees and an assortment of gourmet macarons with house-made preserves are among the delectable array of desserts offered.
Colorful and tasty handcrafted cocktails created by master mixologist Livio Lauro are available only at Morels. Guests can enjoy their meal inside the 11,500-square-foot restaurant or relax in the outdoor patio seating which provides stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip.
