Mesa Grill
 The vibrant Southwestern cuisine of celebrity chef Bobby Flay's nationally-acclaimed Mesa Grill has come to Caesars Palace in Las Vegas - his first restaurant outside of New York City. A vibrant, glowing décor in which Southwestern cuisine meets contemporary culinary artistry fills the space along with the restaurant's centerpiece, a dramatic 20-foot rotisserie with a giant grill and custom quesadilla oven.
The menu at Mesa Grill features an exciting array of dishes including a mix of the classics from Mesa Grill in New York and a number of items that Flay has created expressly for the Caesars Palace location. Tempting dessert selections offered include Granny Smith Apple Tart with Buttermilk Crust and Cannela, Apple, and Crème Fraiche Swirl Ice Cream, created expressly for Mesa Grill Caesars Palace , and a tempting Espresso Pine Nut-Toffee Ice Cream Sandwich with Milk Chocolate Wafers and Warm Toffee Sauce.
Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dinner is served seven nights weekly from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. Reservations
are recommended.
