 Recently celebrating it's second anniversary at the Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Martorano's provides guests with an unforgettable evening. Sample old-school Italian-American cooking while relaxing in a chic after-dark environment.
Menu favorites include the legendary Martorano meatball and Sunday pork gravy. Innovative new dishes have been introduced like grilled octopus with Meyer lemon, and Sicilian rice balls with prosciutto di parma and buffalo mozzarella and braised pigs’ feet.
After peak hours, dinner turns to dancing as Martorano moves from behind the stove to behind the turntables, showing off his DJ skills. Meanwhile, plasma screens provide visual stimulation showing food, fashion and style programming.
