Makino Gourmet Sushi & Seafood Buffet provides the highest standard for buffet-style dining. Founded by international sushi chef Kaku Makino in 1999, Makino Gourmet Sushi & Seafood has three locations in Las Vegas and offers patrons a wide assortment of Pan-Asian food including sushi, tempura, and yakitori cuisine.
The earth tones, cherry wood, and contemporary design of the restaurant provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. Designed to resemble a fishing boat, Makino features a waterfall and Red Rock mural. The mahogany and black semi-private booths, plush couches, and private banquet room make for an intimate dining experience. The full bar offers a variety of beverages including Shochu, a low-calorie Vodka-like spirit that is very popular in Japan.
