Lemongrass, designed by James Beard Award-winner AvroKo, will be the first Thai restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. Offering a modern interpretation of Thai cuisine and featuring a bar and lounge, and two private dining rooms, Lemongrass guests can enjoy a wide variety of authentic Thai cooking, such as Pad Thai, Papaya Salad, and traditional Thai curries. An interactive satay bar will feature charcoal-grilled beef, pork, poultry and seafood skewers served with a variety of seasonings. Lemongrass' executive chef will bring international flavor to the cuisine with a modern Asian twist.
