The new dining and nightlife concept, Lavo, at The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino features an AvroKo designed space inspired by the bathhouses of ancient Mediterranean cultures. The menu, created by Chef Ludo Lefebvre, guides guests on a culinary odyssey with dishes highlighting the best cuisine from France, Italy and Spain. Guests can enjoy their meals in either the indoor dining area or on the outdoor terrace overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.
For guests looking for some excitement after their meal, Lavo also features a nightclub that is open six nights a week.
