Located at the Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino, KJ Dim Sum & Seafood Chinese Restaurant will provide guests the KJ Kitchen signature fresh selection of seafood prepared by a team of chefs trained in the tradition of authentic Chinese cuisine. KJ Dim Sum & Seafood debuts the first KJ Restaurant dim sum menu, available during lunch, which will bring a special element of the Chinese culture to casino guests and loyal KJ Kitchen diners interested in a new menu and setting.
KJ Dim Sum & Seafood has opened in a 4,600 square-foot location that will seat up to 350 people. The dim sum experience, which is exclusive to the Rio location, will include a customary tableside cart allowing guests to visually select their options. Guests will also be able to enjoy the various shrimp, lobster, crab and giant clam dishes that have made KJ Kitchen a local favorite.
