Coming straight out of retirement to open his first French restaurant in the United States, legendary Chef Joël Robuchon's self-named restaurant at the MGM Grand caters to a sophisticated palate. Joël Robuchon features a menu of his finer specialties that redefines Las Vegas fine dining. 16-course and 6-course tasting menus are offered in the intimate setting one can expect from Robuchon as well as an a la carte menu.
Reservations are highly recommended.
