three months ahead. Keep checking back. For reserved seat shows (most Las Vegas shows),

With a breath-taking view of the Las Vegas Strip from atop Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino, House of Blues Foundation Room Las Vegas is a contemporary American Steakhouse. This fine dining restaurant is encased in the original paneling from the Kellogg Family estate. Antique chandeliers reflect off of the gold leaf ceiling in the dimly lit dining room. Guests will enjoy a menu filled with racks, chops and specialty steaks prepared by Executive Chef, Jason Damato.
