Buy well in advance, but remember: some tickets are not released more than three months ahead. Keep checking back. For reserved seat shows (most Las Vegas shows), the earlier you buy, the better the seats.

Want to experience a bit of Germany and the Bavarian Culture in the City of Lights? Then it's time to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the first authentic replica of the world's most famous beer hall. Hofbrauhaus remains Munich's most famous attraction and now we have it here in Las Vegas, located across from the Hard Rock Hotel on Paradise Road. It is an exact replica of Hofbrauhaus Munchen complete with "Schwemme" (Beer Hall), Biergarten (Beer Garden), bar, music, food, towers, and turrets, windows, balconies and even the roof tiles are all a recreation of the original structure in Bavaria.

From the moment you walk in the door you experience the charm of the intimate corner bar to your left and a gift shop to your right which has an excellent selection of the very finest Bavarian and German merchandise. We were greeted warmly by a hostess dressed in traditional German garb who promptly seated us in the cozy and relaxing atmosphere of the Schwemme.

The menu is filled with traditional mouth watering cuisine. Menu specialties include Creamy Bavarian Potato Soup, Hofbrauhaus Salad, Wurst Salad, Bratwurst, Knackwurst, Schnitzel, Steak, and Bavarian Fish Filet and of course no menu is complete without dessert Strudels, Cheese Cakes and the famous Black Forest Chocolate Cake.

We decided to start with the Creamy Bavarian Potato Soup which was full of fresh vegetables and sliced sausages thick and full of flavor. For the sausage lover in us we opted for the Hofbrauhaus Wurstplatte Vienna Style Frankfurters, Pork and Chicken Sausages, Sauerkraut and Mashed Potatoes. This was served with sweet and hot mustard WOW! Now on to the traditional side of the menu:

Weiner Schnitzel is a must. A classic breaded pork cutlet served crisp and golden brown with homemade Bavarian Potato Salad. Bayrisches Biergulasch was our next choice a tasty Bavarian style beef goulash with a fabulous Hofbrauhaus sauce, pearl onions, mushrooms, diced carrots and Spaetzle (translates to "tiny Sparrow" are tiny noodles made with flour, eggs and milk). A traditional dish cooked to utter perfection! I selected the Riesling Franz Reh Piesporter Michelsberg QBA to compliment my lunch. It was light bodied with intense hints of citrus and honey.

I highly recommend bringing your appetite with you – the portions are large and hearty.

By the time our waitress offered us dessert we were too full to take advantage. I thought about taking one of the strudels or Black Forest Cake with me but knew I had another appointment to go to. Next time!

Hofbrauhaus is proud to present to you Hofbrau Original, Hofbrau Dunkel, Munchner Kindl Weissbier to name a few. A selection of fine German wines and other beverages are also available.

Live entertainment direct from Germany is featured on stage every night. Sing along, pound the table, toast, stomp, and, dance in the aisles. Fun for everyone! Enjoy the music, the food, the total charm and ambiance of Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas! An experience to be remembered.
