Buy well in advance, but remember: some tickets are not released more than three months ahead. Keep checking back. For reserved seat shows (most Las Vegas shows), the earlier you buy, the better the seats.

Chef Shane Sutton has tapped into his ethnicity and culinary roots with the introduction of the Forte Grille Restaurant and Lounge in the uber chic Holiday Inn Las Vegas Hotel. The Cuisine is best described as fresh, playful and un-intimidating with an emphasis on light and bold flavors, unique tastes and textures. Predominately French techniques help fuse menu items like the scallop seduction, seared cream of wheat dusted scallops with smoked bacon and sweet corn risotto and lavender curry cream. Shrimp is presented with angel hair pasta cooked al dente in red wine with a saffron veloute. A modern approach is used to execute classics like Shrimp Cocktail, Croque Monsieur and Steak Frites.
