Andrew Sasson, whose Light Group nightlife properties Light, Caramel and Mist have dazzled Las Vegas and quickly become the city's hottest clubs, has launched his first restaurant venture. FIX is an intimate and beautifully designed restaurant inviting guests to experience an approachable, high-quality menu with professional, detailed service in a fun, energetic environment. Whether the guest is interested in a pre-show dinner or a lively late night-dining experience, FIX is the ideal destination.
Executive Chef Brian Massie, formerly of the N9NE Restaurant Group and the Aureole Restaurant Group, oversees a menu designed to offer the best in classic American fare. The menu focuses on simply prepared, high-quality fish, meat and poultry cooked to order on a wood-burning grill.
Serving dinner Sunday through Thursday 5:00pm to 12:00am and Friday and Saturday 5:00pm to 2:00am. Reservations are recommended.
