Las Vegas Restaurants: Emeril Lagasse's New Orleans Fish House Cajun/Creole at MGM Grand
Emeril Lagasse's New Orleans Fish House
One of America's most popular chefs - Emeril Lagasse, is serving up a fresh and distinctive blend of Creole/Cajun specialties at the MGM Grand. Scallops from Maine, pike from the Midwest, and chicken from Alabama are all given his signature "bam!" In addition, the restaurant features a wine list that received Wine Spectator's 1999 "Best of Award of Excellence," and funky New Orleans architecture, making feel closer to Bourbon Street than the Vegas Strip.
