Dos Caminos

Authentic, inventive Mexican fare is offered at Dos Caminos at the Palazzo Hotel in Las Vegas along with a vibrant bar scene. The menu is built on the classic Mexican staples of tacos, empanadas and tacos and includes signature items created exclusively for the Las Vegas location by Corporate Executive Chef Scott Linquist.

Tantalizing items featured on the menu include Chilean Sea Bass Veracruzano, Lamb Shank Barbacoa, Roasted Chicken Enchiladas with Mole Poblano and Salsa Verde and Grilled Marinated Skirt Steak with Frijoles Borrachos and Roasted Tomato Salsita. Brunch is also offered daily at Dos Caminos and features such scrumptious dishes as Chilequiles Con Huevos (Baked Tortilla Casserole with Sunny-Side-Up Eggs), Dos Caminos Rancheros, Pan Torrejas (Mexican-Style French Toast with Toasted Pecan Maple Syrup and Fresh Berries) and Mexican Benedict.

An expansive tequila menu is available along with a cocktail menu with imaginative margaritas and sangria. Specialty cocktails include seasonal organic margaritas such as Blueberry Pomegranate and Dos Caminos’ signature Frozen Prickly Pear Margarita.
