Crossroads at House of Blues
Celebrity chef Aarón Sanchez of Food Network fame, has created a new dining experience at Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino, Crossroads at House of Blues®. Chef Aarón has incorporated flavors from all over the world to create new signature dishes for the menu, such as hand stretched grilled flatbreads, meatball sliders, shrimp and grits, chile braised short ribs and street tacos. In addition to keeping previoius House of Blues favorites like Jambalaya, Chef Aarón has updated House of Blues staples like signature burgers, pulled pork sandwiches and cornbread with unique twists.
The House of Blues World Famous Gospel Brunch® with great food and live entertainment is served up on Sundays.
