The hip, contemporary environment of Chinois, located inside the Forum Shops at Caesars, showcases the creativity and passion of America 's most innovative chef. The bold flavors of Asia are featured in traditional Hong Kong and Cantonese-style dishes. Chinois's family style menu is perfect for mixing and matching and is the ideal setting for friends to gather. Signature dishes include the Szechuan Flat Iron Steak with Caramelized Shallot Sauce and Sizzling Whole Ginger Catfish with Yuzu-Ponzu Sauce. A sushi bar is also available at Chinois with specialties like the Koge Rice Cakes and Garlic Tuna Roll.

Lunch is served from 11:00am-5:00pm, seven days a week. Dinner is served from 5:00pm-10:00pm, Sunday through Thursday and 5:00pm-11:00pm, Friday and Saturday. The Sushi Bar is open from 5:00pm-10:00pm, Monday through Thursday and 1:00pm-11:00pm, Friday through Sunday. Reservations are suggested.
