Buy well in advance, but remember: some tickets are not released more than
three months ahead. Keep checking back. For reserved seat shows (most Las Vegas shows),
the earlier you buy, the better the seats.

Offering a 24-hour dining experience, Central by Chef Michel Richard features breakfast, lunch and dinner selections. The 9,600 square-foot restaurant will seat approximately 300 guests including an outdoor patio terrace. The restaurant also will feature a large lounge complete with full bar including several beers on tap and a specialty cocktail menu. Many Central signature items will be featured on the menu such as Richard's celebrated burger, razor clam chowder, fried chicken, 72-hour short ribs and fresh oysters. The Caesars Palace location also will offer many new selections and will maintain the Richard style of light and fresh with witty presentation.
