With their first ever international wine list, partners chef Mario Batali and winemaker Joe Bastianich opening of their first steakhouse in Las Vegas, Carnevino, at Palazzo. The restaurant has been designed in the scope and style of a classic Italian villa with Italian marble and wood touches.
Traditional steakhouse classics are featured on the menu alongside inspiring and fresh modern Italian cuisine. Specialties on the menu include classic, juicy house-aged beef steaks, Pappardelle with "Porcini Trifolati", and Handcut Steak Tartare Piemonte Style. Pork, veal and lamb dishes are available as well as daily specials with seafood and poultry. 12 different vegetable side dishes from all over Italy are also included on the menu.
