Brio Tuscan Grille
Featuring authentic, northern Italian cuisine, BRIO is a casual, white-tablecloth restaurant which brings the ambiance of a Tuscan country villa to the old world style of Town Square Las Vegas. BRIO stays true to its philosophy, "to eat well, is to live well" by using only the freshest and finest ingredients possible. BRIO's subtitle, "Tuscan Grille" is descriptive of the menu which features wood-grilled and oven-roasted steaks, seafood and chops, similar to what one would find in authentic ristorante in Tuscany. The lively BRIO was voted the 2007 "Hot Concepts" winner by Nation's Restaurant News.
Open for lunch and dinner,
Sunday through Thursday, 11:00am - 10:00pm and from 11:00am - 11:00pm on Friday and Saturday. Bellini Brunch Menu served Saturday and Sunday 11:00am - 3:00pm.
