Buy well in advance, but remember: some tickets are not released more than three months ahead. Keep checking back. For reserved seat shows (most Las Vegas shows), the earlier you buy, the better the seats.

Botero Steak has opened Botero Steak at Encore, the new signature resort in the Wynn collection. Executive Chef Mark LoRusso signature restaurant features a modern steakhouse menu in a sophisticated and sexy setting beside the resort’s nightclub, XS, which overlooks the pool. Botero Steak upholds the classic, sophisticated qualities of a traditional steakhouse while infusing lively and vibrant elements to create an unparalleled experience in Las Vegas.

LoRusso approaches Botero’s steakhouse menu with his own innovative and playful style. He looks to childhood for inspiration for a selection of “Childhood Redux” appetizers including crispy frog legs with Meyer lemon butter and fennel salad and shrimp and chips with mango-siracha sauce. Other delectable appetizers include Dungeness crab salad with avocado and bacon, wild mushroom tart with Gruyere cheese; and a crudo tasting that is comprised of tuna, halibut, salmon and hamachi.

Botero Steak’s signature entree is “Steak Your Way,” prepared in three possible styles—traditional, chimichurri and pepper steak—and are available in 12-ounce filets, 18-ounce dry-aged New York strips and 20-ounce bone-in ribeyes. Guests are also able to enjoy seafood entrees.. Truffle macaroni and cheese, vanilla scented yams with marshmallow and fire and ice carrots are just some of the tempting side dishes that complete the menu.

The dessert selections created by pastry chef Patrick Florendo are a playful spin on classics, such as vanilla ice cream palette with homemade Kit Kat, marshmallow and caramel nuts; Botero ice cream cupcakes, and PB and J doughnuts with Concord grape jelly.
