Alizé was named after the gentle trade winds that
sweep the French Caribbean Islands, and offers signature dishes that include Sauteed Atlantic Salmon "Oscar" with King Crab Legs, Herb Crusted Colorado Rack of Lamb and Green Peppercorn Crusted Filet Mignon. The fabulous desserts include Chocolate Orange Caramel Fondant, Roasted Pineapple and Banana Cake and Warm Pumpkin Pie Beignets. Five and seven course tasting menus are also available.
