The first Las Vegas location of the landmark Los Angeles eatery, AGO has been launched at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. AGO's authenic Tuscan-style Italian food is a favorite among dining enthusiasts. Signature dishes featured at AGO include Lasagna a la Bolognese, Parmigiana di Melanzane, Zuppe de Mare and Tuscan-style wood fired pizzas. Delicious cuts of wood fired prime meats and seafood are also featured as well as a selection of classic desserts such as Tiramisu, Panna Cotta and Ricotta Cheesecake.
The intimate dining area of AGO features a special "Cava" room which was designed in the spirit of an underground wine cave and sleek and welcoming lounge where guests can sample AGO's one-of-a-kind cocktails.
