Joey Bishop opens the show with a monolog and they all sing even Marilyn Monroe who comes down into the audience and interacts with them for a fun time. It’s best described as a show of music and comedy. The show re-recreates a long lost format of classic music and improv-type comedy. It’s sheer non-stop entertainment with live music. Long-time veteran show producer Dick Feeney is the creator and producer of this masterpiece of entertainment. The four talented images emerge from the shadows of backstage, with cigarettes ablaze. The real mega-talented guys got together while filming the hit movie “Oceans 11” in Las Vegas in 1960.
You will see Dean Martin sloshing his martini glass to “That’s Amore!” Frank Sinatra, the chairman of the board, brings on a substantial applause with “Chicago.” There are many jokes and songs to make you long for the days with these master musicians and entertainers who could be seen frequently in movies, on television and if you were fortunate enough live on stage at the Sands on The Strip. This re-creation of these four legendary Las Vegas entertainers is all about good-natured nostalgia. You will leave the show loving it.
