Rice & Company at Luxor Hotel and Casino will joyfully welcome the upcoming winter holidays with the delicious “Peace, Love and Sushi” and “Roll in the New Year” specialty sushi rolls.
Guests will enjoy Executive Sushi Chef Danny Chen’s first ever dessert sushi roll, the “Peace, Love and Sushi.” Made with a delicious blend of flavorful kiwi, mango, strawberry, blackberry and blueberry, this festive treat will please even the grumpiest of Grinches. An assortment of fresh fruits are wrapped in a sweet pancake roll with cream cheese and topped with yuzu and strawberry sauces for extra holiday cheer. Priced at $9, holiday revelers can enjoy this merry finale to their meal throughout the entire month of December.
Guests may toast to the New Year with traditional bubbly as they enjoy the artfully prepared, “Roll in the New Year” specialty roll available exclusively from Friday, Dec. 28 through Thursday, Jan. 31 for $18. Made with cream cheese, smoked salmon and mango, topped with shrimp, avocado and caviar and served with spicy mango salsa and kabayaki sauce, the holiday roll will surely add to the festivities of fireworks, midnight kisses and New Year’s resolutions.

The restaurant offers three semi-private dining rooms for business meetings, rehearsal dinners, bachelor/bachelorette parties and more, accommodating 10, 30 and 40 guests, respectively.
Located on Luxor’s atrium level at the entryway to The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, Rice & Company is open daily from 5 until 11 p.m., and the lounge stays open until midnight.
