The Cognac Lounge unique design is inspired of elegance and glamour with an array of elite cognac bottles which adorns it. The lounge which formerly served the Bites and Bubble menu offers guests a relaxing location as they dine and sip some of the finest indulgences in the world.

Perfection by Hardy – This vintage cognac is the world’s oldest unblended cognac and has been aged 140 years. It is derived from 100 percent Colombard grapes which vines are no longer alive. There were only 1,200 bottles produced which creates an extremely finite amount of product.
Hennessy Ellipse – This is the best-selling brand of cognac. It has been a family distillery for eight generations since 1765. The master blender of Hennessy has been of the same family for seven generations. Hennessy blended together the best vintages for seven generations for the creation of Ellipse as a tribute to this dedicated family history.
Hine Talent – Originally stored in a hand-etched Baccarat crystal, this vintage cognac was bottled in 1990 in celebration of the bi-centennial of the family’s arrival in France.
