Pink Taco and Mr. Lucky’s Café, located inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, enhance their menus with mouthwatering grub and innovative cocktails.
To start off, Pink Taco offers appetizer options such as the Churrasco Skewer ($14), succulent grilled shrimp, steak and chicken served with chili butter and Bacon Wrapped Jalapeños ($10) stuffed with blended Mexican cheese and smoked ranch. Next in the lineup are the Cabo Tuna ($15), a crispy corn tortilla filled with lime-Serrano cabbage, chipotle vinaigrette and avocado; and the Shrimp Enchiladas ($18), chipotle sautéed shrimp, Mexican cheese, sweet peppers, poblano cream and pico de gallo . For true dietary daredevils, the Ultimate Taco ($24) is bound to satisfy any craving. Weighing in at three and half pounds and 25 inches in length, the beast of all entrées includes a crispy taco shell stuffed with refried beans, rice, lettuce, Mexican cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole and one whopping pound of shredded chicken, steak and carnitas.
To wash it all down, hungry patrons can enjoy the Chupacabra ($13). A delicious cocktail of Cazadores Silver, hand-pressed lime, fresh jalapeño ginger beer with a chili salt lick rim, the Chupacabra, like its namesake, has quite a bite. The Rock Hard ($14) is Pink Taco’s rock star margarita made with Tres Generaciones Plata, triple sec, fresh-pressed lime, sweet & sour, Rocky Candy syrup and rock candy garnish.
Pink Taco is also serving up a new Happy Hour menu from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday through Friday. In addition to $5 drink specials, guests can enjoy delicious new food options such as the Sabana Tortas ($10), Mexican-style chicken sliders served with pico de gallo, avocado, cotija cheese and chipotle mayo or the Asada Fries ($5), potato wedges topped with carne asada, Mexican cheese, jalapenos, pico de gallo and avocado crème.
Serving up food fresh 24 hours a day, Mr. Lucky’s Café has added many treats to its starter menu like Grilled Cheese Sliders ($9.99), towering Giant Stack O’ Onion Rings ($9.99) with chipotle mayo; and Lettuce Wraps ($10.99) stuffed with tofu, quinoa, red onion, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, hoisin sauce, mint and grilled chicken ($3 extra). For a more than hearty breakfast, The King ($22.99) has entered the menu comprised of 14 banana pancakes, 14 strips of bacon, peanut butter glaze and maple syrup. Great medicine for after a night in Vegas is the Rehab Omelet ($13.99), which includes three egg whites, crispy tofu, green onion, broccoli, tomato and mushrooms with a side of hash browns.
Partygoers can start the day with The Breakfast Bloody Mary ($19.99), a tall mix of Belvedere vodka and spicy tomato topped with jumbo shrimp cocktail, a bacon and fried egg waffle slider, a celery stalk, pickle spear, horseradish and lime served with a beer chaser.
Pink Taco is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to late night Friday and Saturday. Mr. Lucky’s Café serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
