Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is launching a special Sunday Roast prix-fixe menu for diners looking for the traditional British pub experience. Also, just in time for the summer season, the restaurant introduces a variety of refreshing dishes to complement its menu of expertly prepared British pub and grill fare.
Guests are guaranteed a true U.K. pub experience with Chef Gordon Ramsay’s special English Sunday Roast prix-fixe menu. Now available each Sunday between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. for $56 per person, the quintessential Sunday Roast menu highlights chicory and roasted beet salad to start and includes rosemary-roasted Prime beef rib-eye, seared Scottish salmon, roasted fingerling potatoes, honey-thyme-roasted carrots and parsnips, minted English peas, Yorkshire pudding, red wine marrow sauce and horseradish cream served family style. The meal concludes with berries and cream.
For summer, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill’s Executive Chef Jeremy Berlin concentrated on incorporating the freshest seasonal ingredients into delicious new salad, soup, sandwich, main entrée and side-dish recipes. For lunch, new items include:
Summer baby vegetable salad, comprised of shaved baby zucchini, sunburst squash, baby bell pepper, breakfast radish, button mushroom, mâche lettuce and lemon thyme vinaigrette
Heirloom tomato sandwich, made up of diced heirloom tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette, shaved Parmesan and arugula on grilled chiabatta bread with garlic aioli and served open-faced with English chips and house ketchup
Warm corn soup, with fresh fava beans and peekytoe crab served with basil cream
Sautéed summer mushrooms, consisting of morel, oyster and hen of the woods mushrooms (type of mushroom is based on availability), soft poached egg with cracked pepper and Maldon salt
Sautéed asparagus, sautéed with lemon zest and confit cherry tomatoes
Adding to the large selection of dishes that pair well with the abundant beer selection on the pub menu, in addition to the new lunch items, guests are invited to start their meal with new items on the pub and grill dinner menu including:
House-marinated olives, made up of castelvetrano and nicoise
Oysters on the half shell, with cider mignonette and cocktail sauce
Peekytoe crab salad, comprised of peekytoe crab meat, cilantro ginger mayo, shaved breakfast radish, asparagus and lemon vinaigrette
Heirloom tomato salad, comprised of goat cheese, sherry vinaigrette, chervil and croutons
