To qualify, Discovery Club members must earn points by playing specially marked machines. Members have eight minutes or 600 credits, which ever comes first, to rack up as many points as possible. The players with the top 10 scores will advance to the final round, which will determine placement for prize money. Registration begins at 7 a.m. the morning of the tournament and patrons must pay an entry fee of 2,500 points, $5 cash or player loyalty coupons. Seat and round numbers will be assigned at the time of registration.
