Palms Place Condo Hotel and Spa celebrated another milestone when it "topped out" on Friday, August 10, 2007, after construction workers poured the last of the 295 million pounds of concrete that would bring the 47-story tower to its full height. A major installment in the Palms Casino Resort's multi-million dollar expansion, Palms Place broke ground in January 2006 and after 19 months of construction continues to be right on schedule for occupancy in early 2008.

"Palms Place will offer the finest luxury suites anywhere in the country," said Palms owner George Maloof. "When Palms Place is complete, we will have redefined the concept of a destination resort."

Palms Place will feature 599 condominium-suites, from spacious studios to one-bedroom and two-bedrooms suites and spectacular penthouses. Amid lush landscaping and beautiful gardens, a world class, 50,000 square-foot pool and spa enclave will boast the first hammam in Las Vegas and offer a decadent blend of ancient and contemporary treatments available to guests and the public by appointment only.

The expansive spa will also be the exclusive Las Vegas location of LA's famed tanning studio, Sunset Tan, as seen on the E! Network's hit reality show. The tanning salon will have eight separate treatment rooms that feature five, state-of-the-art European tanning beds, two sunless spray rooms and a custom bronzing airbrush room. Mobile airbrush machines will also be on hand for custom bronzing within the privacy of the tower's suites.

Guests of Palms Place will enjoy on-site dining, a private bar and lounge, resort concierge service and a business center as well as 24-hour hotel services including valet, bell, front desk, housekeeping and security. In addition, guests will have direct access to the Palms Casino Resort and its award winning gaming, dining and nightlife via the SkyTubeSM, an elevated, enclosed moving walkway that joins the two complexes.

Palms Place is currently accepting reservations for 2008 with many dates already sold out.
