A busy summer of planning for Nevada Ballet Theatre's staff has turned into a busy opening season for the company's dancers.' Preparations will soon begin for an exciting performance at Montelago Village, Lake Las Vegas, slated for Saturday, September 8, 2007 and Ballet Under the Stars at Hills Park, Summerlin, on Saturday, September 15, 2007. Audiences in both Summerlin and Henderson will be able to enjoy these fantastic performances right in their own backyards.


Nevada Ballet Theatre Presents Ballet Under the Stars – One Night Only


On Saturday, September 15, Nevada Ballet Theatre will once again take to the outside amphitheatre at Hills Park, Summerlin, 9002 Hillpointe Road.


Presented by the Howard Hughes Corporation and City National Bank and Co-Sponsored by G.C. Wallace, Inc. & Summerlin Hospital, this event is open to the general public. Featuring a variety of fun and light-hearted performances such as Balanchine excerpts and a special one-act ballet, NKH. Tickets are


$20 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under. They can be purchased at Nevada Ballet Theatre's studio at 1651 Inner Circle or by calling 702- 243-2623. Tickets may also be purchased at the gate beginning at 6:30 pm. General lawn seating only; attendees are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs and picnic baskets. Performance begins at 8 pm.
