Following an amazing performance in the Hugh Hefner Sky Villa during the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards, Kanye West returns to the Palms Casino Resort to perform live on New Year's Eve inside the Pearl Concert Theater. The evening with Mr. West will begin at 10:45 p.m.
