Raised in Los Angeles, Kravitz grew up in the heart of Hollywood surrounded by musical greats and those in the television industry. It is said that Kravitz's devotion to the artist Prince propelled him into the music industry. Eventually Kravitz expanded his musical horizon and looked to greats like Jimi Hendrix, the Beatles and Led Zeppelin to round out his style and sound.

Leading the charge into the sounds of the early '90s and now truly in the rock spirit, Kravitz released Let Love Rule (1989) creating a niche for artists wanting to bring rock 'n roll back in a time when pop and new wave was in its height of popularity. Kravitz followed up with the release of Mama Said (1991) which included the singles "Always on the Run" and "It Ain't Over 'Til It's Over."

In 1993 Kravitz released the biggest hit of his career with the album Are You Gonna Go My Way. A couple years followed before he released Circus (1995) and then followed up with 5 (1998) featuring the hit single "Fly Away." Two more releases followed and now fans are ready to hear Kravitz's current sound with the release of It Is Time for a Love Revolution.

Presented by Andrew Hewitt and Live Nation. Doors will open at 7:00 p.m. and show time is 8:00 p.m. The Pearl is home to the Miller Lite concert series.
