Three legendary rock bands are teaming up for what is sure to be the tour of the summer.  JOURNEY, Heart and Cheap Trick are heading out on the concert trail and will stop at the Mandalay Bay Events Center Friday, July 18.  The concert is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.

JOURNEY, featuring Neal Schon (guitar), Jonathan Cain (keyboards), Ross Valory (bass), Deen Castronovo (drums) and new lead singer Arnel Pineda, will be hitting the road to promote REVELATION, the highly anticipated three-disc CD/DVD package set for release June 3 exclusively at Wal-Mart stores in North America.  REVELATION bookmarks one of the most challenging chapters of JOURNEY's legendary career while at the same time offers a lasting testament to the band's legacy and a striking glimpse of their brilliant future.  The band's greatest commercial success came in the late 1970s through the early 1980s with a series of power ballads and songs such as "Don't Stop Believing," "Any Way You Want It," "Faithfully," "Open Arms," "Separate Ways," and "Wheel in the Sky."

Heart is a creative chemistry between two sisters, Nancy and Ann Wilson.  To date, the band has yielded sales of more than 30 million albums including more than 20 Top 40 hits.  The band sells out stadiums whenever and wherever they perform.  Heart was one of the most popular bands of the album rock era and in the '80s found even greater success with monster MTV and radio hits such as "Alone" and "Never."

Cheap Trick has been blending elements of pop, punk and metal since the '70s, in a way that is instantly catchy and recognizable.  With timeless classics such as "I Want You to Want Me," "Surrender," and the late '80s favorite, "The Flame," Cheap Trick is a musical institution.  With more than 5,000 performances, 20 million records sold, 29 movie soundtracks and 40 gold and platinum recording awards, the band was honored in October 2007 by the Chicago Chapter of NARAS (National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences) for its contributions to the music industry.
