WHO: American folk rock singer John Eddie grew up in New Jersey where he gained popularity performing at clubs in the 1970s, occasionally with rocker Bruce Springsteen. He was signed by CBS/Sony in the ‘80s and released his eponymous debut album in 1986, which included the hit single "Jungle Boy" that hit number 17 on the Billboard rock charts. Throughout the late ‘80s, Eddie toured as the opening act for Bob Seger and The Kinks.


Eddie has continually released albums throughout the years on his own label, Thrill Show Recordings, and toured extensively throughout the country. In 2003, Eddie signed with Lost Highway Records and released the album Who the Hell is John Eddie? which features the songs "Nobody's Happy," "Play Some Skynyrd" and "Let Me Down Hard."


WHAT: John Eddie in concert as part of Station Casinos' free concert series. Guests must be 21 years and older.  Entry will be first come, first serve and based upon venue capacity.


WHEN: Friday and Saturday, December 21 and 22, 2007 10 p.m.
